fraudulent accounts being opened

Sprint cell phone company was aware of fraud accounts being opened under our name. They called us with the information and now four years later are trying to get us to pay the bills.These accounts were opened under the garden grove store. This information came from their employee. They have got to be stopped from doing this to account holders and in our case we have never had an account with them. I would say none account holders too!
