cell phone rebate scam

My husband and I ordered our "free" razr cell phones a year ago from Cellular Choices. I just found out their parent company is Iphonics. We still have not received 3 of the 4 rebates we were promised even though we followed all instructions and sent all required info TWICE! I have spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service and rebates departments. All we get is the run around. I am outraged at being scammed like this.
