Casio Repair Division, Dover, NJ - Casio Watch DW 5600 sent for repair was lost by Casio

I sent in my camera for repair under warranty on 3/ 5 and got it back on the 16th and they sent the camera back without my battery. So, I called… then they sent me the wrong battery, I have now had NO CAMERA for two major events in my life and I’m leaving again for vacation on Thursday and I need it by Wednesday. None of this is my fault except buying a Casio Camera in the first place!! I called today and they said they’ll send my complaint to corporate and they’ll get back to me asap.. that didn’t happen. So I am very angry. Casio Repair Sucks!!!!!!

I feel for you man. LCD screen on my camera broke within the 30 day warranty of the camera. I sent it in to Best Buy and waited. Turns out they made me wait for the whole warranty to go away. Pissed me off. Now i have a broken camera. Casio Sucks Period.
