I had a floor installed in my bathroom by “COUNTRY FLOOR AND MORE” of Shelton, CT. Located on Howe

Ave. The floor is separating. I called the store and was told the store was sold and to contact the former owner. I was given his cell phone no. and I called him. He said he was no longer responsible but would repair the floor. He kept telling me he would come down and look at it. After I contacted for a month he finally came and said he would send someone to repair it. When no one showed up I called repeatedly. The last time I called I asked for money back, fix the floor within a week or I would see him in court. He said not to threaten him. I have not heard from him since. I am trying to find his address but to no avail. I know he lives in Ridgefield and his name is Marvin coen. Could you help me with this problem? Thank you.
