Bought new furnace and coil on 7/27/04 from Complete air service-needed to have a service call on furnace and quote on outside condensor(which just stopped working) on 3/26/07 and tech came out that day to service---this is when I found out that my furnace and coil are too big for size of my home.(this tech stated this and I verfied by 2 other heating and air companys) I have just under a 990 sq ft house and Complete air installed a 96,000 BTU furnace and a 3-ton ADP coil. This tech informed me that furnace is to large(which was told is less energy efficent) and for the size of my 3-ton coil I would have to get larger-3 ton condensor and this will not work and burn out the condensor in short term. I then called new owner and asked what will be done and how to correct this problem he stated that although he bought this company and the list and would honor all warrenty he is not going to fix or replace my furnace and coil with right size. What if anything can be done?-Any suggestion or your help will be great.
