SEARS WASHER & DRYER

I bought a new washer and dryer from Sears. Those NEW front loads that can wash 16pairs of Jeans. In two months a tech has been at my house to repair them 6 times. When I call to complain they want to send me a $25.00 gift card to SEARS for my trouble. The washer and dryer cost $2300.00.

I had to go to the Laundromat many times to either wash or dry my clothes. How do they stay in business? Fair warning the old fashioned ones work much better and you can use what ever kind of detergent you wish. Who are these people that they have taking care of complaints? A bunch of idiots that obviously DON’T care about you as the consumer.
