Ripped Off

Ripped Off Hello, I had a book published by Xlibris Print on Demand publishers and they completely ripped me off. I paid them $1400 and all I received was two copies of the book. They did nothing else. I am sure this was making money under false pretences. Is there any redress for me here. I reported it to Better Business Bureau and it appears they took sides with Xlibris instead fighting my complaint. I think this was very unfair because when Xlibris had seen I had reported them and got nowhere it encouraged them to continued operating falsesly. Can you please help? I preordered books and they claimed that they had never been paid even though my Mastercard had been debited. I had numerous pre and post publication problems as well. I do not recommend them at all. Different book packages have varying amounts of free copies. I have also had very poor communication with one person telling me one thing and another something else.
