Ref # 070320-00091/complaint e-mailed 22March'07

On the above date, I e-mailed a complaint concerning an Alltel customer service agent named Nancy. The event date was March 20, 2007. This agent took 2 hours to handle a 5 minute problem because of a lot of double talk and run-around. I have been awaiting a response concerning this complaint. Please address this matter at
