Merchandise paid for at online gamer sistergamer.com never received

I would like to file a complaint against online gaming site sistergamer.com. The customer service telephone number listed on their website is 1-888-279-5419. I know of no other way to contact this "company".

I placed three orders to sistergamer.com on 1/26/07. I received almost instantaneous email notification from them that my order had been received. That was the last I heard from them until 2/2/07. Sister Gamer advertises on their website that orders are filled online within 30 minutes and email inquiries will be responded to within 10 minutes when placed during business hours. Suffice it to say, this definitely is not the case. I placed emails (both according to protocol listed on their website, and otherwise) and phone calls. Again, I received immediate notification my emails had been received - but that's all. On the telephone, ALL I ever got was a recording saying all service representatives were busy - ALWAYS! A live person NEVER answered the phone, even though I placed calls at various times during business hours and on various days of the week. In response to prompts to leave a voice message, I left numerous ones - but of course never received a response.

My credit card was billed 1/30/07. I received an email 2/2/07 saying Sister Gamer was ready to deliver the merchandise (online) that I ordered. I responded the next day that I was ready to receive my merchandise (online). Again, I received notification of reception of my email, but that is the last I have heard from Sister Gamer. I sent numerous emails and phone messages, but never received any response - Period! Even to say that I am extremely irritated would be an understatement.
