we wanted to get our home remodeled so we got this contrctor:J R BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION THE NAME OF THE CONTRACTOR IS/ WAS RALPH AGUILAR LIC#864975

We talked about the things we wanted, we gave him a deposit and signed a contract. HE NEVER GAVE US A COPY ( we requsted a copy)

We signed the contract before Thanksgiving 06, he explained that it would be about 3-6 weeks before we would see the floorplans . We agreed( due to the hoildays)

At the first of the year, we called and still nothing. He called and said he would need to get the plans, he came 1 time with the wrong plans.

we have not got the plans nor will he return any of our calls. We tried for several weeks to get our money back. He has done nothing for us. NOW WE ARE OUT OF $7,000. WE sent a certified letter, no responce

please help.
