Directtv - supposed "free" move - if you haven't had your account with them for one yr - $50 upfront please AND an one yr commitment out of you. We have had our account with them for almost 1 yr. Got told We are so sorry if the person you spoke with in OCt didn’t tell you this even though you might have asked it in Oct. Not all Dept know everything and it says in the fine print yada yada yada . Nothing in the fine print online specifically states $50 for not having account a yr or more. To buy out of what have is $150. Got read to by the script and not about to deviate it or try and make a customer happy.
