DISCOVER CARD & protection plan

I enrolled years ago in the payment protection plan. Up until I got sick &

unemployed I paid my account balance each month. My problems started after

I was hospitalized and contacted the "program" that was supposed the be the

protection -JOKE- plan.


It has caused me SO MUCH AGGRAVATION & MADE MY CONDITION WORSE. After more

than I year I am still trying to get them to provide the NO INTEREST/ NO

FEES/ NO MONTHLY PAYMENTS, as outlined in the plan. The plan states if you

are disabled or involuntary unemployment. I am sorry to say BOTH APPLY TO

ME.


I have been pushed from one dept. to another until it seems an entirely

different company than the one I call. Time after time I had my doctor

complete form & form only to be told- when I call them the check the status-

it wasn't received, or was missing so

I'M GOING THRU EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I ALSO PAYED & PAYED, ALWAYS ON TIME, I BECAME DISABLED 02,07. THIS IS A RUN-AROUND, MY DR.s TIRED OF FILLING OUT ALL THESE FORMS, I EXPLANED TO HIM, THIS WAS HOW I GOT MY $$$MEDs., & NOW I CAN'T EVEN AFFORD THE DR., OR MEDs. THIS COSTS ME $125.00, EVERYTIME THEY <DISCOVER> WANT ME TO GET THESE FORMS FILLED OUT, BY MY DR. DURING 1 OF MANY CONVERSATIONS, I STATED "I DON'T RECALL ANY OF MY STATEMENTS COMING LATE, BUT EVERYTIME I SEND THIS TO YOU, IT'S YOU DIDN'T RECIEVE, LATE, WRONG INFO,....

WHAT'S UP WITH THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS. YOU KNOW, I PAYED FOR THEIR SERVICE, RITE ALONG IN MY STATEMENT.
