I ordered two volvo struts, two strut mounts and one cv joint for $334.05. They charged me a $3.95 handling charge when i placed the order to bring the total to $338.00. I placed the order on 03/23/07. When I ordered their website stated that you could check the status of your order anytime on their website. However the tracking part of their website has been out of order everyday. I called them on 03/28/07 to find out when the order would be shipped since their website stated that it would be shipped in two to three days. I was told that they had pulled the order but did not know when it would be shipped. On 03/29/07 I received two emails from them. The first email said $207.60 credit has been issued. There was no other comments. The second email stated my order had been shipped. I called on 03/30/07 to find out what had been shipped and to get a better understanding of what was going on and was told my order was ready to be shipped. When I ask about the credit I was told that I would need to call back on Monday 04/02/07 to find out about that. From figuring the cost of the parts it appears that they are refunding the cost of the struts and the cost of the strut mounts and charging me another $3.95. My car is broke down and it looks like I will be wasting more time until I can find out what parts if any I am getting from this company so that I can get them somewhere else. I love being able to buy on the internet but there needs to be something done about these kind of unmoral companies operating on the internet.
