My complaint for colour TV not working lodged since 13th Feb. has not been attended to insite of repeated reminders . Once the mechanic came & then vanished saying that he would be back with the spare part .

Your slogan that the customer is GOD appears to be completly farce &i have notcome across a organization which is so careless about the customer .

Hope that this mail will wake up the concerned from deep sleep .

Expect an acknowlegement.
