I have a major complaint. I bought one of your under the counter coffee makers, less then three (3) weeks ago. I have the receipt for when I bought it. Two problems that I have with the coffee maker is that the clock is ALWAYS off. It does not keep the time all the time. I will set it on the correct time and it will be off by 8 hours when I get home from work. Also when you put the coffee pot into it place the drawer will come out part way. So some mornings we have had over fill all over the counter. Now I have to get up and turn it on and watch it do everything. Just so I won't have any accidents to clean up. Would like to know what you want me to do or what you can do for me. Also just to let you know. I bought one of your under the counter can-openers for my mother for Mother's Day and right now I don't really know if I want to give it to her.

Well I loved the concept of having my coffee pot up and under the counter. I went to Wal Mart and spent a little more than I would normally and purchased your under the counter coffee pot. Within 3 weeks making a pot of coffee involved about a 45 minute process. The tank never empties totally. You turn off the pot take out the tank, put it back in again, turn on the pot, repeat the process at least three times until you have your completed pot. I don't know about you, but we don't have that much time in the morning. Anyway, took it down, returned it to Wal Mart and stupid me, I purchased another one, exactly like the first one. The same exact problem. It won't empty the tank without doing the process about three times. It's too late to return it to Wal Mart, and we are stuck with this worthless coffee pot. We are really irritated, but at least maybe we can help others before they make their purchase.

I have the same issue as Gina with the under the counter coffee maker. The brewer basket slides out and we have more coffee on the counter and floor than the pot. Would also like to know how to resolve this issue. Please advise.

I am in total agreement. I had mine for a year. It immediately began leaking from the coffee container as you stated but mine was condensation. It never quit. I had to put a towel under it, looked real good on my counter! It just died yesterday. It only lasted 1 year. It is the black model. I had the white one for 5 years before it died. Not only that but never had a problem with it. My relatives have had same problems with the black one and swear by the white one. Black one needs to be taken off the market.

I think your problem is a fluke. I purchased the under the counter coffee maker for our office almost 3 years ago. It finally died yesterday. We make a minimum 3 pots of coffee every day, 5 days a week. I ran accross this complaint on my way to purchasing our replacement coffee maker. I am buying the exact same one. I think you can give your mother the under the counter coffee maker with confidence. You didn't say if Black and Decker has a return policy, but my guess is, they do. Best of luck.

We bought a food processor, model #FP1550T that does not lock in place anymore.

We have to hold the lid in place for it to turn on and stay on. It's less than 2 yrs. old and only used periodically.

I don't have a box or a receipt.

The store told us to contact the manufacturer.

In april 10, 2006, I bougth a B&D Vacuum Cleaner, model VC2000.

Since then I have taken it to be serviced twice.

The first time the power switch was not working, the second time (February 9th, 2008) again the power switch was not working and the motor, I was told, seemed to be damaged.

I¢ï¿½ï¿½ve used the machine just to vacuum my car, therefore I consider it has had a very limited usage as for the frequent malfunction it has had.

On the other hand, I¢ï¿½ï¿½ve been told there are no available parts to repair it and that I should wait until they are brought.

According to that, I want the machine to be replaced for a new one or have my money back.

I just bought a Vector ,Smart Battery Charger, fom Lowes and understand that Vector has been bought by Black and Decker.

The charger is a model VEC 1097A ,and I wanted to make sure it will work with smaller battery's like Lawn tractors,ATV's and motorcycle battery's.

The manual says it does ,but I just wanted to be sure since there is a chart on the box that list model number's but mine isn't listed, and I noticed some models don't work on the smaller battery's.

I too have the same problem. I recived a coffe make as a gift, and the time never stayed set. There are also times that the machine will shut off after 2 hours and most times not. I have times iI run out the door forgetting to shut it off, and when I get home its still on. I got this as a present from a friend because I have so much stupid luck with coffee makers, but this one tops all problems. I'm just thankful I didn't buy it for automatic brewing in the morning---IT WOULDN'T WORK. I really hope someone looks into this matter.

Thank you'

Roxanne

I obviously have the same possessed coffee maker you have, it acts exactly like you described. I have exchanged this item (3) times at Wal-mart and they told me not to come back again. So I contacted Black and Decker customer service and they agreed to send me another one. The catch - I have to cut off 3" of the cord, enclose a note with the problems listed and a check for $ 7.50 and they will send me a new one. I am betting that the one coming from the Black and Decker warehouse is just as crappy as the other 3. My husband says that if this one doesn't work we are going to smash it to bits, take photos of us doing so and send it to the CEO of Black and Decker. Doubt even that would do any good but at least we will feel better.
