faded glory jeans

I purchased 2 pairs of Original cut Faded Glory Jeans at a Wal-Mart. I like the style and fit. I work one pair for quite a while and then decided to try the other. When I first put them on I thought these feel different. They appeared to be to short from waist thru the crutch. I had my wife measure them and sure enough they were 3" shorted from waist to crutch then the first pair. Of course I can't wear them. What can I do?
