I purchased Schadig living room furniture on Jan 4and 7 invoice numbers 615759 and 615800, respectively, and was told it would take 6-7 weeks for delivery. At the time I requested swatches so I can plan on decorating. It took over a month later and several phone calls to finally get a swatch of the fabric. Then on March 5 - 9 weeks later I finally receive only a partial delivery that they misinformed me which pieces were arriving and I ended up paying for pieces not yet received- and they would not give me a credit for them, telling me that they were coming soon. Meanwhile I wiped my ottoman with a damp white cloth and the color lifted onto the cloth leaving a faded mark on the ottoman!! AND the rest of my furniture is still in China and will take at the very least a month more to get here. When I purchased the furniture the sales person led us to believe the furniture was coming from North Carolina. My husband and I are so disgusted at this point. We have wasted too many hours complaining a making phone calls to get this all straighened out. We thought we were dealing with a reputable company where we would receive excellent service and quality - we couldn't have been more wrong. We want to cancel our whole order and return what we have.
