Wright Bros. Lincoln Mercury

Wright Bros. Lincoln Mercury Bros. Lincoln Mercury I recently Bought a 2006 Ford Explorer fro Wright Bros. Lincon Mercury at 2157 South Queen St., York PA. It was a program car with about 18000 miles. The salesman, Stephen C. Bullock, acted like he gave us a great deal but later we blue booked it at home and found we paid the full suggested value. No Problem there, but when we washed the vehicle the day after we bought it, the dealership said they could not clean it because when we were done all the paper work their detail staff had gone home, we found a ding in the glass. This was a Sunday so I called Stephen on Monday and he said he would take care of it. Long story short they ended up sending Cindy Row to my work to fix the crack. The Rep from Cindy Row said it looked as if someone may have tried to fix it before but she also filled it in. The crack looked even worse now because the "fill" made the class dirty looking and you can still see all the crack. When I called Stephen he said "I already bent over backwards for you" and now I am stuck with a cracked windshield after spending $29,392.31 on a car from them. I feel they should replace the windshield and do not understand how they "bent over backwards" Buyers be warned.
