PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR GODREJ PRODUCT

I raised a complaint to godrej service center to repair our washing machine. customer care took the complaint and they have not given any reference number. After twodays when I call to service center , They told me, the request made is not been registered. Due to some issues( they have not mentioned to me). Now they to registered for new complaints.
