DVD television series set

This complaint involves the website www.internationalfilms.tv. There is no address or phone number listed on the website, so that is all the information I have on them. I ordered the complete “Father Knows Best” TV series on DVD for $127. When I received it, the quality was horrible. They had simply copied each show from Nickelodeon, which was evident from the logo in the corner. I contacted the website returns address and asked to return the DVDs. In fact, I have contacted them almost 10 times and they still have not given me the information I need to return this set. I don’t think they have any intention of refunding my money.
