Comfoter from Domestications

I ordered a comforter set from Domestications. The comforter was not large enough to cover the mattress and meet the bedskirt. After a phone call and e-mail concerning shipping charges all I received was 'we do not re-imburse shipping'. They are to send me a returned postage paid stamp to return. Still, shipping and service charge totals approximately $15. Hoping I have no further problems with credit being issued.
