u-save car rental

march 11 2007 i rented a compact from usave Puerto Rico, the next day i got a message from them, (mind you i was now in rincon on the west side 110+ miles away) they said my credit card was bad. ok funny yet disturbing since it was a debit card with 3k behind it. so i give them my chase visa (oh ya , thanks for disturbing my night) so 5 days later i return the car in perfect shape.

but.... a month later i notice i have not been billed on either card! so i do the right thing and let them know. Sure enough, they bill my first card and say thanks. No apologie. No 'heres a free day' They dont care that they interrupted my vacation and screwed up multiple times. Nice ppl but a hack operation. i wont go back.
