Verizon and DSL offers

To Whom It May Concern:

Since August 2005, I have been constantly told by Verizon that DSL will be available soon.

This is March 2007 and I have just been informed by an honest company known as Capecod.com

that the reason I cannot be hooked up, despite my neighbors only 1 mile away, is that Verizon's

wires are old and disrupt the signal thus no way to connect. I have designed and started a small

business online with only dialup capabilities and find Verizon irresponsible and a liar as its slogan

is "We never stop working for you." How do I file a grievance or official complaint regarding their

blatant misrepresentations.
