Credit Rating for All bank

Sir,

I was coustomer of ICICI credit card. They did some mistake in the past because of that

I have gone for settlement and closed of the card with due amount and all the late payment

fees & interest without even a negotiation. But the Bank added my name in the black listed

coustmer of Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited(CBIL). Because of this, I am not able to

take credit from any of the bank in India because every bank take suggestion from CBIL.

When I asked the explanation form ICICI bank Credit Card department they says they don't

have idea how its happen and refering me to customer care. And when reach to customer care

they ask to contact Credit card department.It is a loop which is looks not solvable.

Anyway,my issue is how to remove my name from black listed customer name,issued by CBIL.

How can CBIL, can rate people either "0" or "1"? Its like making life of some people misrable.

If anybody have any suggestion then let me know.I will appriciate you help.
