Centennial Wireless / Cell Phones Centennial Wireless Warsaw Indiana Dear Complaints.com My name is Mitchell Bumgardner, and I wish I would have found out about this site about a year ago before I actually got a contract through Centennial. I haven't had anything but problems since day one of being their customer. The guy that I went through Derek F screwed everything up on multiple accounts. I complained numerous times and actually talked to Centennial workers out of a neighboring city and they said they have heard the same thing about him and are surprised that hes still employed there. Well from the get go I haven't had a steady bill from them there have always been "taxes" or something of that nature that has always made my bill fluctuate. I got a family lined added to my account because I was told it would only be 35$ added onto my current bill which should have been roughly 100$. Immediately after that my bills were around 120$ - 150$ every month. I soon got tired of this and well I hit a financial low and haven't been able to pay a damn on my cell phones cause I was laid off of my place of employment. I talked to someone from the centennial chat and they told me if my phone line was suspended then I will not be charged for those dates. I got a bill earlier this month for 510$ cause I was still getting billed. Now they have gone to the point of invading my privacy and calling people that I have made a phone call too. I am sorry but is this not against the law? If anyone knows please email me. I would just like to say that I am extremely unsatisfied with Centennial and their incompetent personnel.
