I recently purchased a six peice satin cami & boxer set and a night gown from a lakeside collections catalog. I ordered them in extra large (18/20). My jeans are a lose fitting size 20 I have several size 18/20 shirts and my old pajamas are an extra large. However, while the items I recieved were labeled XLG (18/20) the boxers fit so tight that I was afraid to even attempt sitting down in them for fear of busting out the seam. The tops were even worse, I had to litterally pull my breasts up into the top I tried on and there was not enough room in the bossom area so they were bursting out at the top and sides. Also while on the girl in the picture the top was long enough to cover her entire stomach, my top only came down to an inch above my belly button. If the smaller size is long enough to fully cover the model than I expect the larger size should deffinitly be long enough to fit me(espesially since larger women such as myself usually have no desire to wear clothes that expose their stomach). The nightgown also labled XLG was to fit and when I took it out of the package to try it on I discoverd it had a small red stain which shows up quite well on light blue material so why it was even packaged I have no clue. Pajamas such as the boxers ment to be worn with out underwear, like underwear cannot be returned or exchanged by law wether used or unused. Therefore the onlything I could return would be the night gown. Since there is no larger size avaiable I would only be able to get a refund, and the effort and money involved in sending it back would not be worth it as I would have to pay the return shipping. Therefore I am left with pajamas I can't wear and the lesson learned not to ever buy such items through a catalog ever again. I hope reading this stops others from making the same mistake I did.
