Complain about Complete Home

I just got charged on my Buy.com Chase credit card by TLG Complete Home, phone number 800-636-2379. I never even charged anything on this card! This is outrageous. I called Chase customer service and they transfered me to Complete Home but it turned out the time I called was after business hours. This is ridiculous! I never even heard of this company! They should get sued or arrested or something.

I also received this charge on my last HSBC stmt. There are checks they send you that appear as rewards checks that once cashed they enroll you. Call the number on the stmt. They were very cooperative with removing the membership fee.
