hdfc bank gold bar slogan contest

i bought two gold bars from hdfc bank model town branch on 19-10-6 by invoice no. 340191006151131.i was asked to participate in slogan contest for prize along with delivery of gold bars which i filled.i forgot about it. on 15-3-07 i was conveyed by the branch that my slogan was one of the best and won LG color TV 29INCH.

I received letter from chandigarh branch sco77 sec8 next day about the prize which was treated lottery by bank. i was asked to deposit RS 3672 TDS AND CESS AS PER letter'. The manager Handed me apacked TV SET 0N 16-3-7 WITH temporary receipt of tax which i paid him in cash. on briging TV set at home i opened the box and found TV totally broken. till today after going to bank nothing has been done. neither the TV has been replaced nor my 3672 rs has been given back

what is my fault i dont know please help
