Information I wanted corrected was not:477 W. Peachtree was a shelter not single family housing2.224Pine Tree Cir was shared housing not single family,6 women resided there each persons program paid for their stay; Veterans Homeless Program paid for my stay that was 1/2005-2/2005 only.3.I had only resided at 4646 Abbington Apt.C 12/97-1/98 in Indianapolis it was Michelle Rippy's apartment, I had never resided at apt3B.4.I had only one P.O. Box at 133 W. Market Street in 2000-2001.I had never spelled my name Sherell Rippy nor Sherelle Ripby ever. the Candler's whom were the owners of St. Regis where I resided at 26 E.14th St. Apt 402 from 12/2002-6/2004 filled my court papers with my name spelled Sherell Rippy; I didn't spelled my name on my lease in 12/2002 that way nor on my, Gun permit#1421870 or Drivers License 8933-59-2904, that I have not renewed; nor have I spelled my name on anything else as Sherell Rippy or Sherelle Ripby ever. Only one address they have listed as Military is correct 3918 Gateway Ct because I had only been in Army Delayed Entry 1999 to 11/1999 Army Active Duty to11/4/199- 2/2000 no other branches of service before or after. That is also me in the white shirt with the gold necklace on at 2121 Broadway in 1988 on Indiana ID; my granddads residence. But, I was not in the any branch of service then either. Division of Housing and Section 8 related housing I had moved to 401N. Illinois then 3209 W. St.Clair then to 619 Haugh then 3918 Gateway Ct. Neither 4635 Georgetown Rd Apt 11 or 26E.14th St. were not related to Division of Housing or Section 8. I have never been married. American Legion, Sheriff Dept, Police, Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Homeless Program, VA-Vocational Rehabilitation Programs and the US Army branches of Service that say I have been in army other then what I have listed have also assisted in Fraud, theft and kidnapping. Owing a tee shirt that say’s I’ve been in the Army before I was does not mean I was.

I have received two letters from Imperial on Peachtree management staff unsigned indicating my lease expire on 3/30/2007. I moved in 4/24/2006 and my lease indicated it expired 4/23/2007. When I did go to the management staff her assistant indicated my original lease did not matter and I have informed her in writing I was not moving out until the week of 4/23/2007 as my lease indicated. In addition, my mail has been tampered with, my privacy has been violated and I have been injured on more then 3 occasions because of some tampering in my apartment with my food and electrical wiring in my apartment. Furthermore, my personal property does not belong to them nor any of their other tenants in my apartment or in my storage. I had informed staff my when I moved in of the damage that was already in my apartment when I moved in and that I was not removing the angel wings someone put on my wall and I was not responsible for the other damage. I was given only an apartment key, mail box key and entrance key when I moved in and Tosha Mobley was the manager and Niree was working at the front desk and I didn't know anyone them prior to moving in the building. I have no prior or I am a female and I have always resided their alone and have not had any visitors because of them being allowed to violate residence rights. My lease was based on section 8 of which I believed they over charged me each month although I still always paid my rent on time. I am a Veteran, I was not in the Reserve or National Guard in any Branch of Service; disability rating 30%. Manager in the office change constantly. I have never worked for the FBI, CIA, Sheriff Dept, Police, Post Office nor PRISM REALTY MANAGEMENT NOR IMPERIAL ON PEACHTREE.I DID INFORM THE CREDIT AND FBI WHEN I MOVED, an provided a copy of my lease and if they have the wrong information it because iether staff at credit agency or post office tampered with my mail.

IF THEY SAY I HAVE BEEN IN TRAINING FOR THE POLICE,SHERIFF DEPT IT'S WAS ONLY A FRAUD. NOR HAVE I EVER WORKED FOR THE POLICE,SHERIFF DEPT,AMERICAN LEGION,DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS, VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION OR THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
