Sears Kenmore Elite Dishwasher

Citibank. Office of the President. On November 26th of 2006 we purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher at Sears on 21st an Yale in Tulsa, OK. We bought it on a Special Deferred Interest Promotion Sale. We have been Bombarded with calls from your bank telling us we owe them for an installation charge. Since that has come about we have been back to the Sears Store 4 times and they have no record of any kind of this charge. I personally installed the dishwasher myself and I have a Mechanical Contractors License and do not have a problem with doing this type of installation. I spent 10 years working as the Plant Director in charge of all Physical Plant Maintenance at Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa. Now back to the problem.
