Sandisk MP3 player and support complaint

Quick complaint - I had a Sandisk M260 MP3 player. I did a firmware update

that broke the device. called tech support and they said there was nothing

they could do (after we tried some troubleshooting) since it was no longer

under warrantee (3 months past). Device was otherwise working fine except

for a sync issue with Napster. So basically their firmware wrecked my

device, in my opinion, and they did nothing to replace it.

i have my sandisk e200 there is continous display on the scream(load main image faild switch to recovery mode)how do i switched to recovery mode.
