Maytag Washing Machine purchased at Sears

Sears Retail Store - Vineland NJ. After a year of using the Maytag

washing machine with out any problems, the hose came off of the washing

machine and water poured all over my floor. I have had the repair men

out at least four times in the last six months. They tell me it is my

fault and I should not put too much clothes in the washer machine. The

last time which was about 2 weeks ago, they told me I should not use the

oversize feature. If I can not use the oversize feature, then it should

of not been put on the washing machine. I have called Sears only to be

disconnected when I request to speak to a manager. Forget trying to get

ahold of someone in Sears who can correct this problem.
