MOMENTUM DIRECT I agreed to pay for shipping for a free trial product and now they have debited my checking account three times; once for the shipping which is ok, but then they went into my checking account and too $49.95 and $58.95. They say they will refund the $58.95 because they were able to cancel the order, but can’t refund the $49.95 because I didn’t return the product. Problem is I never received any product to return. Nor, did I ever agree to purchase anything other than the trial product. Has anyone contact the Texas Attorney General’s office?
