Sir,

I sent my car no. UA06F 0389 for repairs on February 3, 2007 to Ms. Prime Honda, Vaishali Ghaziabad after a road accident. Mr. Wasim was the person to whom we handed over the vehicle. After necessary formalities with insurance persons, the vehicle was reapired and deliverd to us on Febraury 21, 2007. I sent my driver to take delivery of the vehicle.

There were several shortcomings in the repair work:

1. My car had a Video Display Unit attahed to roof fitted at M/s Pusp Honda, Kanpur (Authorised service centre). Your mechanic forgot to connect tjhis TV with VCD player.

2. There was a dent on the back door on non-driver side. This was shown to Mr. Wasim. This was not repaired inspite of the fact that I specifically requested to repair it and charge it seperately if it is not covered in insurance.

3. The inner fitting on back seat pillor was left loose and hanging

4. Threre were visible paint marks on the front repaired pillor which were left as such without removing.

5. Cleaning of the interior was not up to mark
