My prepaid Tata Indicom Mobile Go-Active SIM 9226362187 purchased via cash-memo no. 754 Dt 02.3.07, has been disconnected on 23.3.07, even after I have submitted the documents to you “Twice” and I have a receipt of that. Pl. ensure that my phone comes alive today itself. In case my problem is not solved, I will have no other option but to go to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pushpa Heights, Bibvewadi Corner, Pune.

Your Phone nos. printed on your cash-memo ie 020-64104444, 64105555 are giving a switched off message. This is the height of poor customer service on part of a Tata Indicom True Value Hub Franchisee.

Pl. treat this as Urgent. Thanks.

My SIM 9299153818 Purchased via Cash and I have Submited the documents In nearist Tataindicom mobile show room, on 19.01.09, and also re submited on 07.02.09. but it is not activated. so please active SIM as early . treat this as Urgent.
