SST inc VISA credit card

SST inc VISA credit card This seems to be a repeating complaint and I must state mine. Early this year, January 07, I attempted to Access my Visa account with SST inc. To make a payment. Via www.yourcardaccount.com. For some reason I could not log in. I called customer service. Of course they said u can pay via phone (with a 10.$ fee) and I Refused. I politely asked to troubleshoot my online access problem. I was put on hold, and they first Said they saw no access problem. Then after trying to access via another computer, I still could not Access my account. (keep in mind my relationship with this bank was in good standard and all payments on time). So… they apparently got someone in their “tech support” area, whom I did NOT speak with and I was told /sent a new access temporary password. This is after being told they “reset” my account. Well, low and behold, Still no accessing! So after five days of phone calls/conversations, they impose a late fee. Then I get it Removed since records showed my problem. But, this is the great part. My interest rate jumped from 13.9 to 29.99%. Of course I contacted via phone and stated this problem. They acted “dumb” and very “mechanical”. You all know the drill. And said since you were late (keep in mind they removed the late fee), We increase your APR. ????????????????? Go figure! So here I am launching another complaint via This site. Team up good customers and keep these complaints coming if you are not pleased with SST, Inc. Email User any legal advice to help consumers would be appreciated. :-) From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Saturday, 24-Mar-07 09:58:52 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI am in the process of reporting SST Inc to the Better Business Bureau for improper and unfair billing practices. I would encourage anyone who has been fighting with SST over unfair late fees, interest rates, ect., etc., to do the same. The BBB has a great website and help you every step of the way.
