Twice I have contacted them for service and set up appointments. Twice they haven’t showed up or called to say they’re not coming. They only schedule appointments with an 8am – 5pm window, so you are stuck waiting around all day and they never call to say they’re not coming. When you finally call to find out what happened, they had a note in my file 3 hours old that said they weren’t coming. They never even have the courtesy to call! Never use them!
