I recently order pants via phone with Haband. I ordered Large long (34" inseam) What I received was XL XLong. Needless to say they don't fit. I called customer service and I was told I would have to pay to send back, I complained that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. They finally agreed to a pick of slip at their expense. Well Its been over a week and still have not received it. Very unhappy with the way they acted on the phone and their lack of attention.
