fed up with tata indicom customer care i am totally fedup with tata indicom services they people had barred all my services from last 2 days with no reason they are saying that you current usage is more than your credit limit when they barred my services at that time my unbilled amount was rs 6226 including all the discounts,i had taken a pack in which they were giving me free unlimited incoming while roaming,that is why my unbilled amount goes between rs 5000 to rs 12000 every month but after discount it comes between RS 600 to RS 1500. and now they are withdraw this scheme from the market and even from my number as well, Now my concern is that from last 2 days i had made several std calls to tata indicom UP west customer care (when i dial 121 from delhi,call goes to delhi tata indicom customer care and they says that we are unable to solve to problem ).i they didnt resolve my query first they told me that we will activate your services in next 6 hr but they didnt,after that they told me to deposit 75 percent of rs 6226 which was my unbilled amount, Today i got the exact amount which i have to pay is RS 798 and the last payment date is 9th of april 2007 Till this time my all services are barred Please do the needful i will be thankfulb to you MOhd ASif mob no.9810584729
