Dear Sir

I Purchased Tata Indicom Prepaid Mobile SIM from Tata Indicom True Value Hub franchisee M/S Robin Communications, Vishrantwadi, Pune-6 Phone 020-64104444 (email COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_64823#). I submitted the required documents on the same day ie 02.3.07 to M/s Robin Communications. After a few days I got call from the customer care that they have not received the documents. Upon this I re-submitted the documents to M/s Robin Communications on 15.3.07 and took a receipt of submitting the documents. But still my mobile has been disconnected on 23.3.07. I am feeling to have been cheated by Tata Indicom's poor service and customer care response. Please help me out.
