Kiwi carpet cleaning

I am attaching a detailed document of a horrible experience we have had with Kiwi. They are the MOST unprofessional company I know. They have lied and have not taken any responsibility for their errors. I am in the process of filing with the BBB and taking them to small claims court. I just want to save other people from hiring them.
