extra care account incomplete

hello,i bought a lot at cvs 103 foothills mall dr maryville,tn and was suppose to get extra bucks on my next visit.my receipt says there is a problem with my account,it is incomplete.how do i fix this and get my credits?it says trip summary sale and clip-free savings was suppose to be $20.59.my purchase was made on march 12,2007.this is not the easiest site to find out how to correct a problem.im not even sure this is correct! please send my responsse to Email User
