Nextel / Skyline Communacation. I Purchased 2 phone and I signed a 1 year contract But now nextel is saying its a 2 year contract

I Had signed up through Skyline Comm. in the West Covina mall for Nextel service for 1 year. It has been 1 year and 3 months, I justed tried disconnecting my phone and nextel is telling me that Skyline comm. Signed me up with a 2 year contract. And also that i am going to get charged a $200 fee for each phone to get disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PACE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON GOING THROUGH THIS BS WITH THIS PLACE.I will sue them if i have to cause the contract i signed was for 1 year only!
