I contracted for a year with Heritage Web Solutions to design a website for my business. (Major NO NO) First of all, they told me that they were giving me a deal for $500.00. I now see that they are designing websites for $200.00. After 2 months, I found out that they hadn't inserted my shipping or merchant accounts. They were charging me $60.00 a month for nothing because there was no way anyone could buy on my website. They would nickel and dime me to death every time I needed something done, by telling me that they had to do it, i.e. putting in my meta tags and description to search engines until I finally found out that I could do it myself. Every time I wanted a change or insert to my website it would take them over 2 weeks to get it done. I would hear, we have a great deal of other people that we are doing before you. After 7 months, I finally had to close down my website because I wasn't getting any business, not one purchase. They wouldn't release my domain and finally, after one year, it was given to someone else. I would suggest to anyone that is looking for a company to design a website, not to get locked into a year's contract, and also to check to see that you have exclusive rights to your domain.

I can not agree more with you.. Heritage Web Solutions is a complete rip off and a joke to the web hosting industry. These people do nothing but rip you off. The best advice I can give is STAY AWAY FROM THEM period.
