Complaints about Sundish (DISH Network Satellite service provider) Inc. Total Marketing Solutions Inc. is associated with a company called Sundish, which distributes DISH Network satellite TV subscriptions. Its website is www.sundish.com.

In May 2006, Sundish offered a series of free gifts and a $100 rebate upon subscription to DISH Network satellite TV service. Their offer details specified that the $100 rebate would be payable 8-12 weeks upon receipt of all qualifying paperwork. I purchased such a subscription. Over time, I have corresponded with and saved all emails pertaining to my contacts with Sundish in trying to obtain this rebate. Sundish had received all my paperwork and forwarded it to the internal rebate processing department on Jul 31, 2006 (this being a re-submission of my paperwork as they had lost the first submission). It has now been almost 8 months since confirmed receipt of my paperwork.
Follow-up calls to their customer service on a monthly basis since August have finally revealed that the CEO of their company, Jason Tsai, is `holding on to these cheques`. Sundish continues to offer a $50 rebate on their website today.
A search on several bulletin boards reveals I am NOT the first person to complain about not receiving Sundish's promised rebate. Sundish is clearly engaged in false advertising practices.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) sent two letters to Sundish. There has been no response.
I wrote to DISH Network to complain about this provider. No response from them.
People should NOT purchase from Sundish if they're hoping to get any of their numerous freebies. They do not exist and you will not receive them. _____ 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
