Vonage

The vonage company is a completer ripoff, After signing up for service in November 2006 I finally gave up & demanded a refund of all charges.

Not only will they not refund charges, they charge a disconnect fee & want to continue billing.

This company is heading for a class action lawsuite & I hope to be at the head of the pack.

Vonage operators are surly & rude, do not care about customer service or stealing from a customer.

They are a band of thieves who are ripping off the public & at the moment are enjoying a free reign.

If anyone knows wher we add complaints to the lawsuite that will inevitably be coming please post the site so we can respond en-mass.
