I've been a Sprint customer for several years. They like to remind me all the time that I qualify up to 10 lines of service. Well just this past december I opened a new line , only because the phone and bluetooth were completly free (supposedly). Within 2 wks I got my 1st bill, it was104.00 then a few weeks after that I got a bill for 600 plus dollars, and mostly due to downloads that I didnt purchase. The downloads were of all kinds of rap music (Gangbangin 101) and video games of Sonic the hedgehog, NBA2007 and a bunch of screensavers.
I am a 40 year old married Christian Woman, I definately don't entertain myself w/ that kind of lifestyle. I believe someone has access to my account information. The downloads continued for a month and a half until they removed all internet access off my phone which "Wasn't never on there in the beginning", and in that process they also removed my mobile to mobile without my consent ,and guess what? Now after paying 400.00 last month my bill this month is 735.00 totally rediculus for a cell phone that I just purchased December 22nd 2006. All this in 2 months time. Very stressing!!!! My phone will be cut off and it's needed for business. Sprint needs to be protested and shut down!!
