Complaint about Sona Med Spa

Hello,

I purchased a spa package at the Sona Med Spa in Tampa, FL. I paid quite a

bit of money for it. I recently received a letter in the mail stating that

their Tampa location would be closing permanently. I had not even used half

of the package that I paid for and there was no information in this letter

stating how I would get my money back. I called the corporate headquarters

in Tennessee and was told that I would not be receiving any money back. The

company rep stated that the Tampa Sona Med Spa is a franchise and they are

not responsible for any of their dealings. This is ridiculous!!! Watch out

for Sona Med Spa!!!
