Hi,

I was a subscriber few years ago and i had cancelled my subsription. All of a sudden i got a email this year that my subsription will be renewed. I responded to that email to not renew it. month later i saw a charge on my bank statement. I was so mad. I email their customer service department and they said talk to billing.

This is just unprofessional management and cheating i believe.
