Entered Sears Automotive #06577 at about 4:15pm with my friend who had two flat tires in the back of my Jeep. Your associate, #595629 was ready to greet her and when she had an important business call come in on her cell phone, he naturally took the next customer and we had no problem with that. Business is business. He was spending a great deal of time with this customer and there were no other associates. I looked down and saw a man sitting on a gondola and asked him if he was next. Before he could answer, your associate yelled out "If someone wasn't talking on her cell phone, maybe she would be being waited on." The man on the gondola then said he should have been first. Finally, the associate waited on us before the other customer and we felt very uncomfotable. The associate was very abrupt with us, even though my friend even said she had no bones to pick with him. They also only had one employee in the garage and it took 1 1/2 hours to get only one tire fixed, after the 30 minutes to get waited on, and that was enough to get her to another dealership without a spare, as she refused to buy anymore tires from Sears. I am thankful that I witnessed this and will not do business with this store. My friend said that she will not either. I just felt that you should discipline this employee, get more help, and have a bench for the elderly and disabled like the customer who was sitting on the gondola, who by the way left very angry with no purchase. I, too am disabled and standing that long takes it toll on me. I did purchase some car mats at 4:47pm on salescheck #065770479246 after the other man stormed out.
I gave up my Sears credit card years ago. What has happened to Sears?????
